Returns and Repairs
Returnable Items
We will accept returns for:
- Unwanted products in unused, unaltered condition with their original, undamaged packaging.
- Defective products for refund, credit, or exchange.
Goods must be returned within 30 days from the day after the date of delivery. This timeframe may vary depending on the type of product and the price paid.
If any product cannot be easily returned due to its size or fault, please contact our team at sales@packee.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on products that have been used. If you have any questions, please contact our team at sales@packee.com.au.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact sales@packee.com.au as soon as possible. Packee will assess the situation and provide a reasonable solution. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Please note: No signed goods will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for from the shipping company. Signing the delivery note indicates that you have received the goods in good working condition. We recommend inspecting any product delivered to you or collected from a Packee store immediately.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed by Packee within 7-10 business days via bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping label will be provided.
